License:

You may not use this artwork for any commercial purpose.

Ownership:
You acknowledge that the Chia Monstor Towner Creator owns all legal rights, titles, and interests in and to the artwork.

Indemnification:
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Creator of Chia Monstor Towner from and against any and all claims, suits, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, expenses, and other costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach or alleged breach of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability:
The creator of Chia Monstor Towner will not be liable to you for any special, incidental, exemplary, indirect, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of profits) with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Terms and Conditions:
The creator of Chia Monstor Towner will make their best efforts to send you the NFT or CAT according to the game rules. However, this is subject to change at any time and without notice.
If a transaction is missed, the creator will make their best efforts to make up for the missed transaction.
There may be events that disrupt transactions for a short period of time as a result of how resource trading takes place on the blockchain.
Transactions will generally occur within 1 hour, but are not guaranteed and are dependent on network congestion. If there is a dust storm or if transaction volume is too high, transactions may be deferred to later in the day or the next day.
